Eating Disorder Recovery sessions offer a compassionate, supportive, and judgement free space to help you navigate and overcome the struggles you are facing in your recovery.
Together, we will explore and identify the underlying beliefs, and patterns of thought and behaviour that are holding you back from entering full recovery.
Through tailored tools and strategies, you will gain the skills to shift these patterns and create lasting change.
We'll also work to set realistic goals and develop a clear action plan, empowering you to move towards food and body peace, self-acceptance, and ultimately, a deep sense of self-love.
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration and are held via Zoom. If you live in Brisbane, in-person sessions are also available.
